of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 13, 2016, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Police Services Coordinator Bob Mendenhall is leaving the Village to be with his family.
Commander Jensen will be taking over CERT and CALEA and the Police Department would like
to transition the Police Services Coordinator position to a Management Analyst position to provide
more analysis and support for the Police Chief.
The consensus of the Board was to move forward with transitioning the position.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:43 p.m.
