1 . Call to Order
2 . Regular Agenda
A) Consideration to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 64-94 (attached)
authorizing the execution of a memorandum of agreement
(West Irving Die Casting Company, Inc. Project) and
transfer of interest therein.
(West Irving Die, Inc. has approached the Village for
approval of industrial revenue bond financing through
the Illinois Development Finance Authority (IDFA) .
West Irving Die, Inc. plans to use the financing for
acquisition and renovation of facilities owned by
Du-Ecks Die Casting Company.
(IRS regulations require the Village to adopt a
declaration of intent to authorize IRB financing within
sixty days from the close of property acquisition
(December 11 , 1994 . )
(The Memorandum of Agreement assigns the interest to
finance the IRB 's to the Illinois Development Finance
Authority. The IDFA will issue the bonds and therefore
the Village will not be liable for them.
(A report from the Village Manager was previously
distributed. )
3 . Adjournment
in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act
and other applicable Federal and State laws, the meeting will
be accessible to individuals with disabilities. Persons
requiring auxiliary aids and/or services should contact the
Village Clerk, preferably no later than five days before the
meeting.
