Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 27, 2009, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Clerk, Renie Walsh, will retire on November 13, 2009. It was the consensus of the
Board to swear in Judy Keegan as Village Clerk at the November 10,2009 Village Board
Meeting. It was the consensus of the Board to eliminate the Deputy Village Clerk position and
replace it with a Senior Clerk position. The Senior Clerk will be cross-trained to work in the
Village Manager's Office when needed.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:18 p.m.
