Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 23. 2010, this Executive
Session was called to consider a Personnel matter.

After a.brief discussion it was the consensus of the Board to reappoint Joe Meister to the ZBA.
The Board also discussed reappointing Tom Rodgers to the ZBA.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:59 p.m.
