1. Old business
a. 2012 — 2013 Approved budget requests still outstandin¢:
1) '/4 Rubber Boots ($200ea), $15000.00)...Requested carry over 2013 -2014 budget Lt. Krieger
2) Breathing Air Compressor at station 7, $20,000.00 (Fordon) Formal Bid redone/carried over
3) Recognition Board, $2000.00 (Sharp) Sole source approval denied.
Requested a meeting with V/M; Chief, Lt. Fordon, and Lt. Sharp met with Ray Rummel, he
approved the purchase, carryover and FF Sigler as a `sole' source vendor for the plaque.
4) Sta. 10 basement: new flooring, workout room ($23,000)..........Completed- Spent $21861.01
b. 2013 — 2014 Approved Budget request: & assignments
1) Pay for (2) additional F/F to attend Paramedic Class only if the FD sends (2). $150,000.00
2) Shark Struts Extrication Stabilization - Fordon $5000.00
3) Fire Station Alerting System, for additional upgrades to dispatch system—FFIB $40,000.00
*Will start soon; will work with D/C Miller & Lt. Peterson going forward, educate station officers.
In the future we will communicate with FFIB and all station officers going forward as they choose
to install the necessary peripheral equipment (scrolling readout signs, speakers, etc).
4) Sound Bar system for Station 9 - Sharp $300.00 Purchased
5) TVs for Fire Administration - D/C & Chief $1000.00
6) Recliners for station 10 (6) Kelly/Ferguson $4500.00
7) Radio for Fire Administration - Admin staff $500.00 Purchased
8) (4) Thermal Imaging Cameras, for the Ambulances—Fordon/Denna $32000.00
9) Award and Recognition Program—Chief $2000.00
10)New Fire Department Patch/Emblem design— Chief(request for designs started) $5000.00
11) (2) TV's for station (B/C office TV replaced) $500.00 1 Purchased
12) Smaller motor—Dive Team (Splitting Cost with the Fire Department$12,000) $6000.00
13) EMS/Rain Jackets (transferred over from last year) Pytlewicz/Sharp $32,500.00 Formal Bid

a. FDIC— `All' Fire Department participants who attended FDIC agreed to have their registration cost
paid by FFIB be deducted from their FFIB lifetime tuition reimbursement limit.
