the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 8. 2011, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor made a recommendation to appoint Gil Schumm of the ZBA to the Plan Commission. To
fill Gil's vacancy, the Mayor made a recommendation to appoint Ryan Bookler to the ZBA. It was the
consensus of the Board to approve the recommendation.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:46 p.m.
