Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of
the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 24, 2011, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
Based on the recommendation of Michael Cavallini, retired Director of Health& Community
Services, the Mayor asked the Board for concurrence on changing the Board of Health & Community
Services into an adjunct committee and reconstitute the Committee into the Health & Community
Services Advisory Committee with Michael Cavallini appointed as Co-Chairman. The consensus of
the Village Board was to proceed as recommended.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
