the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 11, 2011, this Executive Session was called to
consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor noted that Northwest Central Dispatch announced a settlement with their Union. The
agreement establishes salary increases for five (5) years equaling 2.75%, 0%, 1.75%, 2%, and 2%.
The meeting adjourned at 5:46 p.m.
