Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 25, 2011, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Manager noted that water for a rental home was turned off on Mimosa Lane due to
failure to pay the water bill. The Village contacted the property owner who stated that they were
trying to evict the occupants. The Health Department and Village Attorney will work to have
them evicted. The Village is required to go to court and get an emergency order allowing the
Village to evict them.
The meeting adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
