of the Village President and Board of Trustees on November 8, 2011, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Mayor noted that David Paliganoff recently retired from the Plan Commission and he would
like to appoint Jim Morrell as his replacement. It was the consensus of the Village Board to accept
this recommendation.
The meeting adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
