Meeting held as a hearing for Keith Briggs.
The meeting was called to order at 4:42 p.m. by President Ambrose. A roll call vote was
taken. Board members Ambrose, Torres, Greenberg, Moody and Parrin were present.
Also present were Keith Briggs, attorney Dana Kurtz, attorney Richard Reimer, court
reporter Came Pique, Village attorney Knickerbocker, and Director of Finance Tromp.
Additionally, fund members present included: Walsh, Konetzke, Prindle, Schmidt,
Nowacki, Gaspari, Olsen, and Lancaster.

At 5:00 p.m. a motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Parrin, seconded by Moody.
