Call to Order:
Jim Morrill, president, called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m.
Action Items:
The minutes from the January meeting will be reviewed and approved at the March meeting,
because there was no quorum present at the February meeting.
Coordinator's Report: Given by Linda Blair
The Community Suggestion Box is being distributed to the Village Hall, Pavilion, Library and
Senior Center in January. A nomination was not provided this year for the Sheriffs Medal of
Honor Award. Linda Blair distributed copies of the revised Community Service Board Bylaws.
This revision made minor changes to titles, names, spelling and grammar. Bylaws content will be
revised after a thorough review of the purpose and mission of the Community Service Board.
Announcement
The next Community Service Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2004 in
Conference Room C in the Lower Level of the Municipal Building (Village Hall).
