MEETING MINUTES

Call to Order:
Jim Morrill, president, called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m.
Action Items:
The minutes from the January 15, 2004 and February 19, 2004 meetings were approved after a
motion by Anne Feichter and a second by Mike Tuozzo.
Coordinator's Report: Given by Linda Blair
Community Service will be providing food baskets for 25 families in the Easter Adopt a Family
program. Donors are invited to provide cash donations or gift cards for grocery stores. The
Village Voices concert raised $1400.00. Linda Blair is preparing a directory of volunteer
opportunities, similar to one that was available in past years.
New Business:
The first Suggestion Box comment cards are being reviewed. The Volunteer of the Year
committee will meet on Monday, February 23. The revised Community Service Board By-laws
were approved as presented with a motion by Peg Vallillo and a second by Jim Foss. The next
meeting of the By-laws Committee will be on Wednesday, April 14. The Community Spirit
Committee has 6 or 7 nominations pending. The election of officers for the Community Service
Board will be next month, at the April 15 meeting.
Announcement:
The next Community Service Board meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 15, 2004 in
Conference Room C in the Lower Level of the Municipal Building (Village Hall).
Adiournment:
A motion for adjournment was made by Anne Feichter and seconded by Jim Foss. The meeting
was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
