Old Business:
National Night Out has been going on for several years. The date this year is on Tuesday,
August 2, 2005. It's a night out where everyone comes out to take care of the
neighborhood. It originally started out as a way to prevent crime, but has evolved into
block parties. For this night, people are supposed to leave their light on. President
Morrill suggested that the Community Service Board get involved in this program by
doing this. Mike Cavallini will put a blurb in the Village Newsletter about this night.
Mary Paliganoff suggested revisiting the Kids Closet program to see if we can get more
supplies. We will discuss this issue more in June.
