Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 13, 2012, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
Health insurance numbers for FY 2012-13 changed for the better. There is a 6.3% increase for
PPO and 5.8% for HMO. Approximately 1/3 of the Village workforce utilizes the HMO system.
The original increase was 10%. The consensus was to accept the increases as reduced.
