Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 27, 2012, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The consensus of the Board is to reorganize the Fire Training Coordinator into:
1. A full-time EMS/Paramedic Coordinator; and
2. A part-time EMA (Emergency Management) Coordinator as recommended by the Acting
Fire Chief. Fire training will be done by shift personnel.
The meeting adjourned at 6:36 p.m.
