Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 10, 2012, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Board was advised that Police Chief Schmidt is currently renting a home in Elk Grove
Village. Schmidt purchased a home in Elk Grove Village, but he is not able to move into the
house until September.
