PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on Member 11, 2012, this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition/Land Use matter. Number of pages attached: 1 Date(s) of review for release: April 2013 • Date of approval for release: September 11, 2012 6:11 p.m. Land Acquisition/Land Use The Village Board was advised that the Kenneth Young Center property has a reverter clause in an agreement with the Village that required the property to be utilized for mental health. The agreement expires after 40 years, but the Kenneth Young Center has requested the reverter clause be removed earlier than that to take advantage of refinancing opportunities. The consensus of the Village Board is to amend the ordinance to do away with the reverter clause. The meeting adjourned at 6:14 p.m.
