Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 24, 2012, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Litigation.

Litigation
The Village Board was informed of proposed federal I-IUD guidelines that define senior housing as
individuals 62 years of age or older. Landmcier Station and Village Grove apartments both fall
below this standard. The Village Board was notified that an ordinance would be forthcoming that
would allow senior housing for persons 55 years of age or older which would grandfather these
apartment complexes from any changes in the federal i-IUD guidelines.
