Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on September 24, 2012, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel.

Personnel
The Village Board reviewed and discussed a draft Community Emergency Response Team
(CERT) policy that covers the role and responsibilities of CERT in the community. The consensus
of the Village Board is to approve the CERT policy which states that CERT shall only provide
service to events sponsored in whole or in part by the Village, which includes participation in
events authorized by the Village Board for other government agencies.
