The Village Board was advised that Fire Chief Mikel has listed his house in Naperville. He is still
looking at houses in Elk Grove.

Litigation
The Illinois Tollway Authority has created a Local Advisory Committee to discuss the
construction of Elgin O'Hare Western Access. The Committee is tasked with discussing the
impact of the roadway including noise, aesthetics, landscaping, property access and use, drainage,
and utilities. The Village has been asked to assign two people to the Committee and one or more
alternates. The consensus of the Committee was to nominate Mariann Gallo and Jim Petri to the
Committee with Joe Carey serving as an alternate.
