of the Village President and Board of Trustees on October 23, 2012, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel.

Personnel
The chairman of the Personnel Committee had a conversation regarding the Workplace Giving
Program and noted that only $2,500 was given through the program last year. The consensus of
the Village Board was to eliminate the payroll deduction component of the Workplace Giving
Program.
