Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on December 11, 2012, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that Paul Kaplan would be retiring from the Zoning Board of
Appeals. The Mayor informed the Village Board that Don Childress has agreed to be the next
Chairman and Larry Dohrer will provide assistance. The consensus of the Village Board is to
nominate Rosanna DeFrenza onto the Zoning Board of Appeals and to appoint Christine Kelley to
take her place on the Youth Committee.
