AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-3-6 OF TITLE 3, LIQUOR CONTROL OF
THE VILLAGE CODE BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF ON -SITE CONSUMPTION
OF BEER OR ALE TO SIXTY (60) OUNCES
BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove
Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows:
Section 1: That paragraph F of the MB License set forth in Section 3-3-6 of Title 3 of the
Village code be amended to read as follows:
E. No more than a total of sixty (60) ounces of beer or ale shall be served for the
purpose of on -site consumption to any customer in one day.
Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval according to law.
