received on 08/04/2018. Delano began his career on July 23, 2018 at the annual salary of $66,456.
The Board received all supporting documentation and a copy of "fit for duty” physical. Patrick is 25
years old, is not married and has no children. Delano does not have any prior fire or military
service. Belpedio motioned to accept Delano’s application. Hamilton seconded the motion. The
motion passed unanimously.
The board was in receipt of a Benefit Distribution Request for a Survivor’s Pension from Melissa
(Ruiz] Denna. James Denna Passed away on August 3, 2018 and is survived by his wife. Jim Denna’s
annual benefit at the time of his passing was $98,525.40. All supporting documentation is in
accordance with the pension file and received application. Belpedio motioned to accept the
Survivor's Benefit request. Mikel seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Belpedio motioned to adjourn the meeting. Hamilton seconded the motion. The
motion passed unanimously. The meeting was adjourned at 2:07 PM.
The next regular meeting date will be Monday November 5 , 2018 at 1:30 PM, in Conference
room "A” of Village Hall.
