TO PERMIT WAREHOUSING, DISTRIBUTION AND LIGHT ASSEMBLY IN THE OFFICE PARK CONDITIONAL USE DISTRICT AND ALSO GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE 40% MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA USE FOR WAREHOUSING TO PERMIT WAREHOUSING USE OF 45.31% FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 111 NORTHWEST POINT BOULEVARD, ELK GROVE VILLAGE WHEREAS, the Plan Commission, at a public meeting duly called and held according to law, considered the question of granting a Special Use Permit for warehousing, distribution and light assembly associated with corporate headquarters in the Office Park Conditional Use District and the granting of a variation of the bulk requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the 40% limitation on the maximum floor area to permit warehousing use of 45.31 % to Yamazen, Inc. for property located at I I I Northwest Point; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, after having reviewed the findings of said Plan Commission, find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that the request be granted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: Section 1: That a Special Use Permit be granted to Yamazen, Inc. to allow warehousing, distribution and light assembly associated with their corporate headquarters and granting a variation of the Bulk Yard Requirements of the Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the maximum floor area used for warehousing from 40% to 45.3 1% for property located at I I I Northwest Point Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Section 2: That the findings of the Plan Commission, a copy of which is on file in the office of the Village Clerk, are incorporated into this Ordinance as if fully set forth. Section 3: That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval according to law. VOTE: AYES:6 NAYS:0 ABSENT:0 PASSED this 811 day of January 2019.
