of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 14, 2017, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
There are currently 4 vacant sworn police positions. Sergeant Wilcox has indicated that he will be
retiring effective May 1. The consensus of the Board was to temporarily increase the authorized
strength of the Police Department by 1 to allow for the hiring of 5 new officers.
