to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
IMRF requires a resolution from the Board by September 1 indicating whether the positions meet
the 1,000 hour requirement to qualify for pension participation. Text of a proposed resolution will
be distributed to the Board. The Board will need to make a decision on whether they will continue
to stay in the IMRF Pension system.
