PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 21, 2017, this Executive Session was called to consider a Personnel matter. The consensus of the Board was not to cover the cost of civic organizations dues for employees. The meeting was adjourned at 8:54 p.m.
