called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board discussed whether the Village should cover the cost of dues for civic
organizations for employees who are participating as an extension of their job duties.
The consensus of the Board was not to cover the cost of civic organizations dues for employees.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:54 p.m.
