Trustee Petri moved to enter into executive session. Trustee Lissner seconded the motion. Upon
voting (Petri, Lissner, Czarnik, Feichter, Prochno, Franke), the motion carried.

Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 11, 2017, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
It was noted that the Village received its health insurance renewal rates. The PPO is increasing
by 3.9% and the HMO is increasing by 2.7%, with the industry standard being 8%. It was noted
that due to the Village's joining IPBC, it has helped reduce costs considerably. There are over
140 municipalities and county members participating in the insurance pool.
The consensus of the Board was to accept the new rates.
