PROCHNO Village Trustee Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 25, 2017, this Executive Session was called to consider a Land Acquisition matter. Village Staff have requested the hiring of a real estate agent to identify possible sites that would meet our needs without indicating interest from the Village. The consensus of the Board was to approve the hiring of a real estate agent for this purpose. The meeting was adjourned at 6:51 p.m. M
