Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on June 20, 2017, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
As secretaries retire, the Village is renaming those positions to Administrative Support
Specialists. There is no accompanying change in pay range. This transition has been ongoing
over the past few years. The Police Department will be renaming their secretary position to
Administrative Support Specialist also eliminating a Senior Clerk position as a result of
impending retirements. Current Senior Clerk, Kathy Post will assume the Administrative Support
Specialist position
