Ofc. Thomas Danahy retired on 6/29/2015. He served 28 years 2 month and 22 days of creditable
service. His annual salary was $92,382, with an initial annual benefit of$64,668.80. His monthly
benefit is $5,389.07. A motion to accept Ofc. Danahy's application for pension disbursement was made
by Parrin, Second by Torres. Aye to approve: Moody, Parrin, Gottwald and Torres. Motion carried.
The board received notice of the resignation of two probationary officers. Ofc. Eric Moore resigned on
5/21/2015. Ofc. David Irving resigned on 6/26/2015. Neither Officer has submitted to the Board an
application for the refund of contributions.
The following expenses were presented:
A bill dated 7/1/15 in the amount of$11,250 was received from Marquette Associates for
investment consulting services for the period of July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015.
A bill dated 6/30/2015 in the amount of$1.440 was received from INSPE Associated for the
services of Dr. Edward Tuder, MD, for the medical examination of Ofc. Sabo.
A bill dated 6/9/2015 in the amount of$316.1 1 was received from Reimer, Dobrovolny and
Karlson LLC for legal services.
A motion to pay expenses was made by Gottwald. Second by Partin. Aye to approve: Moody, Parrin,
Gottwald and Torres. Motion carried.
There was no comment fi-om the public.
A motion to adjourn was made at 4:10 PM by Parrin, Second by Tones. Aye to approve: Moody, Parrin,
Gottwald and Torres. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned.
