MEETING Minutes for February 8th, 2019
1. Call to order- 9:42am
2. Members is attendance: Chief Mikel, J. Denna, Pytlewicz, Rishling, R. Denna, Gumprecht

b. Vice-chairman – R. Denna- No report

6. Committee reports
a. Standing – Education Committee:
i. Initial application submitted: Cunz, Sullivan
ii. Course completion: Milburn, Cunz, Denna, Gac, Sullivan

A. FY 2019 Budget
a. Peloton indoor cycling bike –quotes obtained and forwarding to purchase.
b. EGVFD History book project- Lt Rishling work with FF Sigler to obtain a quote to
include hard copy books and a digital copy. 250 books
c. Decontamination Chambers for St 8/10- Moving forward with purchase through
Sauna Ray- Info sent to Catherine for PO
d. EGV joint dept. drone program- Lt Rishling spoke with EG police for this
program, FF Schuldt helping with the process. .
e. US Digital station alerting upgrades- Scheduling with DC Harris to go to
Arlington St 3 to see what upgrades are available.
f. New Training tower upgrades- no info. Work in progress
g. Cooking equipment- purchased at Home Depot
h. Station Improvement fund – no info/submissions at this time
i. Station kitchen tables- PO sent to Village board for approval
B. Workout equipment consolidation being coordinated by FF Pytlewicz and Gumprecht
C. Election results
1. Liska, Gedutis and Rishling elected for 2 year term
2. Thank you to FF Denna for 15 years on FFIB
3. Rishling new Vise-chair, Pytlewicz- treasurer, Gumprecht-secretary
