Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 8, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that Police and Fire Commission Chairman Shapiro was admitted
to the hospital with a serious medical condition. The consensus of the Board is to allow Mr.
Shapiro to remain on the Police and Fire Commission, at his discretion, and to consider Dion
Zinnel as a possible appointment.
The meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
