Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 8, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that Vicky Maior from the Community Development Department
is retiring. The consensus of the Board is to eliminate the Secretary position and create an
Administrative Specialist position. The Board also consented to reclassify a Senior Clerk position
to a "Plan Reviewer" position which will enhance customer service.
The meeting adjourned at 6:27 p.m.
