Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 8, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Board was advised that Elk Grove High School has a new principal. The Board was
further advised that the Village might have no legal ability to force Elk Grove High School to
make roof screening. The consensus of the Board was to direct the Village Attorney to explore
alternatives if the School District refuses to screen the roof pipes.
The meeting adjourned at 6:29 p.m.
