Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on January 22, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised of a meeting between staff and the Library regarding the two
Police Records Clerks who are currently employed at both the Village and the Library. The
Library is not interested in paying IMRF benefits. The Village Board reconfirmed the consensus
to not pay IMRF benefits and directed staff to notify the employees of the need for them to choose
with whom they wish to continue employment.
