of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 12, 2013, this Fxecutive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that the two part-time Records Clerks in the Police Department are
also currently employed with the Elk Grove Library and must choose to either work for the Village
or the Library. The employees are expected to work for the Library since those positions receive
health insurance benefits.
