Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 12, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised of a meeting between Chuck Henrici and the Mayor regarding
property the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit was looking to sell to help fund church
rehabilitation work. Bill Payne stated that the property is difficult to appraise since the land is on a
flood plain. The Village Board discussed offering $4.50 per square foot, but consented to
discussing with Chuck Henrici what offer the church would propose.
The meeting adjourned at 6:26 p.m.
