Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on February 26, 2013, this E%eeLLtlVe Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised of a meeting between Chuck Henrici regarding the Lutheran
Church of the Holy Spirit vacant property. Chuck Henrici indicated that the church would only
accept $500,000 for the land. However, the church requires restriping of the parking stalls and if
the Village were to conduct the work, those expenses would be accounted for in the asking price.
The consensus of the Village Board was to direct staff' to determine the cost of the striping of
parking stalls. The Village Board was further advised that the process could take several months
due to the different groups within the church who must first review the deal. The location could be
utilized for a number of events including the Little Boots Rodeo and the Mid-Summer Classics
Concert Series.
The meeting adjourned at 6:31 p.m.
