Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 12, 2013; this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised that the Village has not yet heard anything regarding the purchase
of land from the Lutheran Church of' the Holy Spirit. The Village Board was also notified of a
grant from Representative Moylan's Office in the amount of $175,000 which can be utilized to
help pay for portions of the parking lot. The consensus of the Village Board was to approach the
High School and Park District to help pay for the cost of the additional parking spaces.
