of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 19, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised of manpower shortages in the Police Department due to
retirements, light duty and special assignments. The consensus of the Village Board is to direct
staff to conduct an analysis of the manpower needs of the Police Department including types of
staff and the costs associated with various positions.
