of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 19, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised of the cost of Village health insurance benefits and the need to
educate employees on the costs associated with their health care plans. The Board was further
advised that retiree health care costs were the true cause of the increase in health care. The PPO
rates are up 11.7% and HMO rates are up 5.0%.
