Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on March 26, 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised that the Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit would require a formal
offer to the Church's Executive Committee. Chuck Henrici believes it will pass and go before the
whole congregation in June. Due to the timeline of the approval process, the Village Board was
advised that the $175,000 received from Representative Moylan may be required to be utilized in a
different project rather than developing this property.
