Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 9, 2013, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Land Acquisition matter.

Land Acquisition
The Village Board was advised that the Village offer to purchase land from the Evangelical
Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit is being considered and will go before the entire congregation
in June. The Village offered $500,000 for the property less the cost of repaving and striping the
parking lot. A letter of intent is being prepared by the Village Attorney.
