of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23. 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

The consensus of the Village Board is to keep Village Board committee members the same and
update the resolutions associated with representatives from the Village to SWANCC, JAWA, and
NWMC.
