of the Village President and Board of Trustees on April 23. 2013, this Executive Session was
called to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board consented to reclassify a Public Works Senior Clerk position to Administrative
Services Assistant. The position would require two semesters of college and have experience with
computers and customer resources. Senior Clerk's rate of pay for clerks requires some college
with computer skills and two semesters of college.
