Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on May 14, 2013, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Personnel matter.

Personnel
The Village Board was advised that the State legislature may be discussing conceal and carry
legislation in June. The legislation may place restrictions on allowing guns in public places and
staff is monitoring the legislation to determine the impact on local governments. Village personnel
will be prohibited from carrying firearms in the Village Hall except for Police.
