Pursuant to a duty made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 16, 2013, this Executive Session was called
to consider a Litigation matter.

Litigation
The Village Board was advised of the ongoing litigation involving the Village and residents on
Briarwood Lane who are breeding and selling dogs from their home. The JPZ is to meet Monday
to discuss pet restrictions that would restrict or limit the ability for in-home dog breeding.
The meeting adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
